When the storage capacity for the entire department is close to being reached, notifications are sent out in order to make sure they are aware of it and offering the option to purchase more memory. If no actions are taken and memory reaches full capacity, we won’t automatically add memory and charge extra for it. But extra memory is available per request of the department. We also want to make sure departments are able to switch service providers whenever they feel the need. That’s why only 1 of our 3 packages require a contract.
