WOLFCOM® Channel Partner Overview

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Channel Partner of WOLFCOM. We receive hundreds of inquiries globally each year as the body camera industry continues to mature throughout the world. The contents of this page are to help guide you in the application process with step by step instructions. While not everyone is approved, those that are will benefit from marketing a world-class body camera solution that is both feature-rich and secure.

Before we begin, it's important to get some definitions cleared to prevent any misunderstandings.

Distributor - A Distributor maintains a minimum order of $100K annually. The first initial purchase must be at least $10,000 or more. The Distributor provides Sales, Service, and Support to its customers. WOLFCOM does not communicate with or keep track of Distributors' customers. A Distributor has Exclusivity in his Territory and can assign Resellers under him.

USA Law Enforcement Reseller - is a Law Enforcement Officer within the United States that is Authorize to Market and Sell WOLFCOM Products and Services to its customers. A Reseller does not have Exclusivity in any territory. 

USA Authorized Reseller - is a Company within the United States that is Authorize to Market and Sell WOLFCOM Products and Services to its customers. Must maintain a minimum order of $25K annually. The first initial purchase must be at least $5,000 or more.  A Reseller does not have Exclusivity in any territory. 

International Authorized Reseller - Must maintain a minimum order of $25K annually. The first initial purchase must be at least $5,000 or more.  An International Reseller is authorized to market and sell WOLFCOM Products and Services to its customers within a territory. A Reseller does not have Exclusivity in any territory. 

Authorized - To become Authorized, a Company or Individual must pass WOLFCOM's training and legal requirements and understand and abide by WOLFCOM's workflow, rules, and policies. Becoming Authorized means you are Authorized by WOLFCOM to resell our product and services to your customers. It does not, however, give you exclusivity.

Exclusivity - To achieve Exclusivity for any Territory, a Company or Individual must pass WOLFCOM's training and legal requirements and understand and abide by WOLFCOM's workflow, rules, and policies. You are required to purchase a minimum order of $100,000 USD per year per territory. The first initial purchase must be at least $10,000 or more.
