Why doesn't my unit power on?

There are two reasons why your unit isn't powering on:

• Your unit is completely dead and needs to be charged for about three to four hours.
• Another reason why your unit doesn't power on is because the 3rd Eye froze.
  • If your unit ever freezes, the best solution is by pressing the reset button on the bottom right with a thumbtack.
